Good location. Metro is nearby, Burj Khalifa is not far away. The apartment is very nice, everything is quite stylish. From the balcony in the distance you can see the Sail hotel — Burj al Arab. The building has a nice swimming pool, fitness equipment, sauna and playground. There are shops and restaurants nearby. I’ll come here next time.

I really had a good times. Gurgen is a very helpful guest, I had some issue here with the door but I didn’t even noticed by that time Gurgen was there to solve the problem. I would recommend everyone to stay at Gurgen’s place honestly.
